can i bring my dogs and kids?

bring your dogs,  bring all the dogs. they'll get biscuits and lots of attention from staff, but please keep them on a leash inside the pub and make sure they behave (three barks and they're out...)

we love having kids at the pub, but have a legal curfew for them of 8pm. please ask your kids not to approach any dogs in the building without asking owners first, for their own safety!

do you do anything other than beer?

yes. we're known for our extensive range of independent beers, but we also have a huge range of wine, spirits, whiskies, soft drinks, and alcohol-free options.

is the quiz on this week? do you have to book?

unless otherwise announced on social media, the quiz is on and yes you need to book a table.

the quiz takes an annual summer break to allow jt to travel the world and pursue his multitudinous interests.

are you wheelchair accessible?

please let us know in advance if you have access considerations, so that we can best look after you when you get here.

we are wheelchair accessible from the kelvinbridge car park entrance. please be aware there is blue badge parking here, but it's paid.

our indoor and outdoor seating is mostly bench seating and tables, which can be adjusted to accommodate wheelchairs.

we have a unisex disabled toilet.

we love donating to great causes. we prioritise societies, charities and groups connected to the pub when it comes to raffle prizes or donations. if you're connected to the pub in this way, or are a regular customer, reach out with info to our main inbox.

i'm the chair of a uni society, can you sponsor us?
